Free US Shipping on Orders Over $75 All items are proudly handmade in Montana, USA since 2005.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Most orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Shipping Method: We ship via USPS (Priority Mail or Ground Advantage) for safe and reliable delivery. Fragile pottery is double-boxed with plenty of protective padding.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States (continental U.S.).

• Shipping Cost for Orders Under $75: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email.

• International Shipping: Not currently available. We only ship within the United States.

We do our best to ship quickly, but handmade items may occasionally take a little longer during busy seasons. Thank you for your patience!

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because each piece is handmade with care (especially our stoneware pottery with unique glazes), we have a limited return policy to protect the integrity of our small shop.

• Returns Accepted Within 14 Days: You may return or exchange unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached (if applicable). Pottery must not show signs of use.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or broken during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will happily arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, please email us at tasha@tashascraftingcorner.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps and a return address.
